Information contained in the "Note to Lender" that is transmitted by us to your choice of lender is NOT saved or stored on our database. Your email address and name are only used to let the lender know who sent the request. It is at your sole discretion to use our "Add a Lender" service and you acknowledge that in doing so you give permission to Offer Angel LLC. to transmit any information including your note to lender, your first and last name, email address to your lender of choice for the purpose of completing your request to receive a mortgage offer online.

In addition, when our analyst reviews your offers for your Personalized Mortgage Report we DO NOT disclose the name(s) of the lenders that have provided you with an online mortgage offer.
