There's a new online company, called offerangel.com, based out of Scottsdale that will help you for free. You can compare loan offers and ask lenders questions you may not think to ask. Then, after the lenders answer your questions, offerangel.com will break down the answers for you into simpler terms. This is a free service. You can also buy a personalized report for $24.95, but they do stress they will not recommend any lenders and they will not sell any personal information.
