The Process
- Sign Up
You sign up on the Offer Angel site and receive a private account. You will answer questions to help Offer Angel understand what type of mortgage loan will best suit your needs.
Once logged on, you can invite any lender(s) to participate through our site.
- Offers Submitted
Each lender you request to send you an offer through our site will be required to fill out our online mortgage offer form (there is no cost for the lender to send this). The online mortgage offer form will ask up to 100 questions about the terms of the mortgage loan they are offering you. This form helps uncover the good and bad of each mortgage offer.
- Choose Offers
This form is then transmitted to your private Offer Angel account. The details of your mortgage offer never include your personal information. You can view these offers in our FREE Side-by-Side Mortgage Report.
- Create Report
After all your offers are received, you decide which offers (up to four) to submit for analysis creating the Personalized Mortgage Report for $24.95. This is an unbiased educational report that will alert you to high costs and dangerous loan terms.
